Data is used only for a clear purpose
This overview explains Bendria data-processing principles. The controller, legal basis and retention for a specific building are detailed in the agreement and workflow notices.
Who is responsible for the data
The building association, property manager or another controller identified in the relevant agreement decides the purposes of processing building-management data. The Bendria platform provider processes data under that agreement and for the account, security and service-operation processes it controls. Full legal details are provided in the service agreement and the building workspace.
Data we process
Account and contact details; membership, roles and selected building; premise and owner-eligibility verification metadata; initiative, decision, bid, project and document content; audit, session, email-delivery and security-event information.
Why the data is needed
Data is used to provide accounts and access, run building workflows, retain decision evidence, serve documents, deliver notifications, protect the service and comply with contractual or legal requirements. The applicable legal basis depends on the workflow and is stated in the agreement or a specific notice.
Who may receive data
Only where necessary: infrastructure and email providers, authorised people in the relevant building, lawfully connected Registry Centre or eID/QES services, and public authorities where required by law. Registry or QES exchange never activates without a contract and lawful basis.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained according to the workflow purpose, service agreement, voting or accounting retention periods and legal requirements. When the purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymised unless retention is legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain processing and, where applicable, receive portable data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies and analytics
A necessary session cookie is used for sign-in and security. Google Analytics is enabled only after separate consent to help us understand aggregate page traffic and usage. We do not send account identity, form contents or URL query parameters, do not use advertising profiling, and the choice can be changed at any time through the Cookies button.
Privacy requests
Include your account email and building in the request, but never send a national identifier, password or Smart-ID codes. Contact: info@bendria.lt.
