Bendria can use Lithuanian open data to fill an address and technical building profile. Owner identity, ownership share and voting eligibility are not derived from open data.

Important legal boundary

Public technical data is not an owners register.

Formal voting will use contracted Registry Centre access, an official extract or a manager-provided document, while identity is verified through eID. The system retains minimal verification evidence rather than copying the NTR.
